Jessica started her career in personal training and discovered early on she was drawn to the rehabilitation side of treatment. While working at a rehabilitation clinic she decided to return to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. (RMT) She realized there was much more she could do for a patient by manually working their tissues and muscles, than with exercise alone. Massage therapy enabled her to determine the root cause of a patient’s discomfort and could help them to heal in half the time.
She then started a family and became a stay-at-home parent so she could raise her two children. But her desire to help people never subsided, so she started working at a clinic near her home. Shortly thereafter she discovered the benefits and versatility of shockwave therapy, and so she integrated this with her massage therapy treatments. Always concerned with the affordability of treatments for her clients she decided to start a home-based therapy clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this eventful time, Global News did a piece on her business under Business in Bloom.
Family life and operating a home-based business became too chaotic, so in September 2021, Jessica opened her professional therapy and rehabilitation clinic in northeast Edmonton. She and her team are passionate about relieving pain and treating the underlying problems associated with each patient.
Jessica ... “My mission moving forward is to keep treatment prices reasonable and provide exceptional quality of service to everyone because great health care should be available to everyone.”
Karlee grew up on an acreage near Vegreville, Alberta, and eventually moved to Edmonton to pursue an education and career centered around helping others on their healing journey. Karlee graduated from MacEwan University in 2019 with two diplomas: (1) Massage Therapy, and (2) Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture.
Her interest in alternative medicine began from a very young age as she faced many challenges with her health throughout childhood and into her teen years. Those difficult years took Karlee on a road to various natural and alternative medicine practitioners, including acupuncture. She was fascinated and intrigued with how inserting small needles into various places of the body could have such dramatic effects on one’s overall health and wellness.
Today, Karlee’s passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture is growing, and she is excited to continue developing her skill set, knowledge, and experience to help as many individuals as she can. Karlee enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, working out, and camping.
Steele's initial intention for becoming a Registered Massage Therapist was because he wanted to assist and aid athletes with their performance skills and injury recovery process. But as he continued his studies this opened up countless opportunities for him to help more than just people with an athletic lifestyle.
Steele is now both a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOTD). He achieved these accreditations in 2018 and 2020 respectively. Steele's philosophy and approach to healthcare are this: "My clients' treatment experience should both benefit their health and be educational." Making a change in a person's life and helping them improve the quality of their life is what inspires him.
Steele comments – "healing is easier when you understand the whole process, and trust me I got your back." In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, or some combination of the three. He is also an avid hockey and UFC fan.

Chantelle has trained in various massage therapy modalities including myofascial release and deep tissue massage. She is also experienced with the Reiki healing technique. This form of therapy is based on the principle of channeling energy to the patient using touch, thus activating the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restoring physical and emotional well-being.
Chantelle believes this helps her patients stay grounded when the stresses of life become just too much to endure. When life throws you a curve ball, Chantelle is there to let you express yourself and share without judgment, sometimes this is the best therapy of all. But if you prefer quiet and to just enjoy your treatment she will accommodate you, because after all your massage is all about you. In her 24 years of practice, she has helped people of all ages with healing, managing injuries, reducing stress, and sometimes just being there for you when you have a bad day.
Kandice is a mother of 3 children and enjoys family life. She met Jessica met by mere chance, due to a sciatic pain she had. After regular visits to see Jessica, Kandice was relieved of her sciatic pain issues. During that time, they became good friends and had many talks about Jessica's dream to operate her clinic.
When this happened, discussions regarding staffing arose naturally and Jessica realized that Kandice could and would fulfill the role of Office Manager just as she envisioned.
